Founded in 2007 by Richard Chang (Galerie Grand Siecle), Frank C. Liu (Dynasty Art Gallery), Rick Wang and Emily Yen (AKI Gallery) and Chen Chih-Pin (Der Horn Art Gallery)
The president of Taiwan Contemporary Art Link is Rick Wang (AKI GALLERY), and the chairperson of PHOTO TAIPEI is Richard Chang (Galerie Grand Siecle).
