• Accommodation is for exhibitors only; limit two occupants per room. Extra payment will be expected for an additional bed or extension of occupancy dates.
• During exhibition all accommodations include breakfast.
• Amenities including fitness centre and sauna are free for use for occupants involved in the exhibition. Free parking is also offered on floor B3.
• Daily cleaning services will be provided for exhibitors’ accommodation; however, galleries are responsible for individual booths respectively taken for exhibition.
• Exact date and time for all accommodation check-in will be 16th Dec. 2009, after 3:00pm. If planning for early check-in or early occupancy, please inform the organiser in advance.
• All check-out should be completed by 21th Dec. 2009, 12:00pm; any additional fee caused by late check-out will not be covered by the organiser.
• During occupancy, all exhibitors will cover their own expenses in the hotel.
